Restorations made in Midtown Manhattan
Every case in this gallery was designed and finished at Advanced Dental Laboratory, at 274 Madison Avenue. ADL has made restorations for dentists since 1988. The images show the range we see each week, from single anterior crowns to dual-arch All-on-X. Every image is a real ADL case.
Zirconia crowns and esthetics
Most of the zirconia crowns we make use Zerapure™, ADL’s own multilayer zirconia, which comes in 3Y, 4Y and 5Y formulations. Using our own material lets us match the zirconia to the case: higher-strength layers for posterior and bridge work, and higher-translucency layers where esthetics lead. Custom staining finishes the result, including on dark stumps and when matching an adjacent natural tooth. Crowns can be turned around same day or next day when a case calls for it. Standard turnaround is 4–5 lab days.
Implant restorations
The implant work shown includes custom milled abutments, multi-unit cases, implant crowns and milled bars. Placement planned with a guideWORX surgical guide gives a more predictable restorative result, and it’s the workflow we recommend for any case you can plan ahead.
Full-arch and removable
Our All-on-X cases use verified records. OptiSplint is one option for capturing implant positions. Removable work, from Hader-bar overdentures to dentures and flippers, is made on the same bench. Flippers and repairs can often be done same or next day.
